How is Return policy?
Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them within 15 days from the date you received your order. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us an email (hi@petanada.com) with your order number and reason. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instruction once your request is approved. No returns will be processed without a valid RMA being issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns Options:
- Refund as store credit. With this option, returns are completely free! meaning we’ll pay the return shipping cost. You simply print out the prepaid return shipping label that is emailed to you then drop off the shipment at any Post office. Please note we don't issue refund for the original shipping charge that you have paid and we don't offer free returns on Pet Food, Bulky & Heavy Items, Cat Litters and Remote Area customers.
- Refund in your original payment method. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Again, we don't issue refund for the original shipping charge that you have paid.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Then please have your return item ship to address that we will provide you with the inclusion of RMA number inside your shipping box.
