Petanada's Covid-19 Plan

We want to assure you that all of us at Petanada are doing everything we can to keep you, ourselves, and the communities we serve safe.

Petanada is considered an essential service, and will continue to operate as per the Government of Ontario's latest update.

Following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada, we have introduced new safety measures:

• Door-to-door deliveries are now contactless. Packages will be left outside your door without a signature, and we will notify you once they have arrived.
• For the time being, we will no longer offer returns on any items, and all sales are final.
• Access to our production facilities is now limited to only essential staff.

We are closely monitoring the situation as it evolves. With these new safety measures, we feel confident that we will be able to fulfill your orders and get your pets what they need.
